The author will submit a manuscript up to 40,000 words for publication within 12 months from the date of this agreement. If the manuscript exceeds 40,000 words, additional fees will apply based on the chart above chart. If author fails to submit within 12 months, a restart fee will apply as outlined below:
- 1-3 months after 12-month deadline, a $1000 restart fee will apply.
- 3-6 months after 12-month deadline, a $2500 restart fee will apply.
- 6-12 months after 12-month deadline, a $4000 restart fee will apply.
- 12+ months after 12-month deadline, a $5000 restart fee will apply.
